Ordering SmartChip Instrumentation and Panels

1. Contact your local Sales Representative to request a quote for the SmartChip system components and panels you require: sales@wafergen.com
2. Return the completed quote form to sales@wafergen.com or, in North America, via secure fax to 1-800-854-9444. Acknowledgement of your order will follow shortly.

Ordering SmartChip Services

For information about ordering SmartChip Services, contact WaferGen SmartChip Services directly at 510-651-4450. Required forms and instructions are provided below:
1. Contact your local Sales Representative to select service options: sales@wafergen.com
2. Complete a Order Submission form.
3. Complete a Sample Submission form.
4. Email the form to: smartchipservices@wafergen.com NOTE: A copy of the submission form should also be sent in the package along with your sample. (Note – please place the form in a separate waterproof bag from your samples.)

Packaging and Shipping Instructions

  • Please transfer your Total RNA sample(s) to a 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tube for shipment (0.5 ml or smaller PCR tubes can crack when frozen). Be sure the tube labels match those listed on your sample submission form.
  • If you want to seal the tubes or hold them in a rack, please don’t use tape (it will crack when frozen), use Parafilm.
  • Pack the sample with dry ice in a thermal insulated shipping box in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations.
  • Ship the package by overnight carrier for delivery the next day.

NOTE: Do not ship samples on Friday as they will sit over the weekend and deteriorate. Please ship Monday through Thursday, with next day delivery, to ensure sample integrity.
