Turnaround Time
Most projects are completed in one to two weeks, depending on number of samples submitted. Contact the SmartChip Services Team if you have a critical time requirement; we can often meet your need for no additional charge. When you submit a project to SmartChip Services, we commit to a delivery date. If an issue with a sample arises (for example, on incoming QC) we will contact you the same day to decide on an action plan so your project keeps moving. We will keep you updated on your expected project completion and delivery time.
