SmartChip Real-Time PCR System

The SmartChip Real-Time PCR System offers high throughput genotyping and gene expression analysis in SmartChips which contain 5,184 individual nanowells. Samples and assays are dispensed into the SmartChip using the MutliSample NanoDispenser (MSND). Once the samples and assays have been dispensed, the SmartChip can be thermal cycled in the SmartChip Real-Time PCR Cycler.

MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND)

Using the MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND) you can dispense your samples or assays into the SmartChip. With its capability to precisely deliver 100nL volumes you can always be sure that none of your precious samples or reagents will ever go to waste.

Smart Volume for Optimal Assays

The nanoscale wells of the SmartChip are perfectly optimized to provide volumes 100 times more efficiently than standard 384 well plates while simultaneously requiring no additional preamplification. The assay and sample dispensed into each well are a single gene expression or genotyping run with a reproducibility higher than other nanoscale volume instruments.
